Using the games and tools
The games and tools on this site are free to use. The tools may be used for personal, educational and commercial use — in classrooms, on streams, at events or anywhere else. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, overload it with automated traffic, or use it for anything unlawful.
Third-party games
Some games are created by independent developers and provided through GameDistribution. Those games, including any ads or in-game purchases they contain, are the responsibility of their developers and distributor. We choose which games to list and remove any we find unsuitable, but we do not control their content, availability or ads. If you believe a game infringes your rights or is inappropriate, contact us and we will review it promptly.
No guarantees
We work hard to make every tool accurate and fair, but the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Results are for entertainment and everyday decisions. Do not rely on them for gambling, legal, financial, medical or safety-critical purposes, or for official contests where the rules require a certified random process.
Giveaways and contests
If you use our tools to pick winners, you are responsible for running your contest fairly and in line with the laws and platform rules that apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tavrickson is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Content and trademarks
The site’s design, text, original games and code belong to Tavrickson. Third-party games, their names and artwork belong to their respective developers. Other product names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only for description.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
